  • Free Standard Tracked Delivery (orders over 50€): Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days. Shipping cost for this option is €0 for all countries.
2. Processing Time and Cancellations

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Important: Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been created, the order can no longer be canceled. You can cancel your order up to 6 hours after placing it by contacting us via email: support@nordeelabs.com

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order amount, destination location, and chosen shipping method. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout, before final payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via the relevant carrier's website.
